Quiz: How Lonely Are You?

Take the quiz below to find out how lonely you are.

If you think your loneliness is starting to make you feel depressed, then the following tips might help you:

Talk to a trusted person about how you truly feel. Talk to a trusted person. That person maybe your mom or your dad. It may also be your teacher. Just make sure to go up to someone, whom you can really trust. That way, you can get the proper help and advice.

Avoid negative vibrations. Negative vibrations can come from everywhere. Movies and music that exude negative vibrations can make you feel so lonely that you end up depressed. Even friends and some family members can exude negative vibrations. Stay away from anything or anybody who exudes negative vibration.

Change your diet.  Eat more fruits, vegetables, and fish. Replace chips with some healthy nuts instead. Skip the soda to avoid too much sugar intake. Get your sugar fix from dark chocolate instead. Hold on to this kind of diet to avoid loneliness and depression.

Learn something new. Divert your loneliness by learning something new. For example, you can enroll in an art class where you can make new friends. If you choose to learn something on your own and there’s no chance for you to make new friends, focus on the learning. That’ll get your mind off your loneliness.

Close your eyes and repeat affirmations. Sometimes loneliness just creeps up on you. It chooses no time of day and place. When that happens, close your eyes and repeat affirmations until you feel better.
