If you’re feeling lost, get help. Talk to someone. Reach out to your friends and family. Life experiences, the environment, genetics, hormones, body changes, mood swings, peer pressure, social expectations, parent issues and many other factors can all trigger anxiety.
Teen anxiety is normal. It’s nothing to be ashamed of.
Don’t let your feeling of anxiety eat you up. Just cut yourself some slack and live life as it comes.
